Expression of interest is invited from firms and individuals having expertise in the required field noted below for empanelment as consultants by CESU to render the required services on basis of fixed compensation on (A) Project Implementation, (B) Commercial Audit, Revenue Audit, Franchising, Energy Audit etc. (C) HR &A. Consultants
Expression of interest is invited from firms and individuals having expertise in the required field noted below for empanelment as consultants by CESU to render the required services on basis of fixed compensation. Interested parties are requested to send their respective letter of interest indicating their past performance in such field so as to reach the undersigned not later than dt 17.09.07. Short listed parties may be called for discussion / negotiation before final empanelment. Brief scope of work in the respective fields (but not limited to) are given below (A) Procurement of goods , services and inventory control Preparation of purchase & stores procedure , preparation of preliminary and final detailed project report, assessment of material requirement for Project, deposit works and O/M works for CESU’s network, preparation of bid specification document, I.F.B (NIT) receipt & evaluation of bids including seeking clarification from bidders etc. Recommendation for vendor selection and draft L.O.A. Reordering, inventory and stores management. Inspection and monitoring of project during implementation. (B)
Commercial, I.T. aspects Commercial auditing, Revenue Audit, Energy audit, creation of data base and generation of report formats as may be required, franchising aspects complete, MIS,. Metering at Primary Sub-station, D.T feeders consumers, data acquisition etc. (C)
HR & A Study of existing H.R. inputs, recommendation for redeployment impart training to staff/ Officers to upgrade skills, Industrial and Labour aspects, service matters, right and responsibilities at different levels. Parties should be willing to have a base in Bhubaneswar for better coordination with CESU. Responses may also be sent by e-mail. Other terms and conditions will be decided through discussion during personal interview.
