Two sample meters ( Lot-1, Two meter, Lot-2,
Two meter with box) conforming to this
specification duly sealed along with the Type Test
certificates shall be submitted
with the bid.
The above sample meters and meter box shall be tested in
purchaser’s meter testing lab and/or any independent test
lab and the testing charges will be born by the supplier. The samples
shall be complete in all respects and no deviations
shall be allowed thereafter. In case sample meters/ meter
box does not conform to the prescribed specifications, the financial bid of offer shall not be opened. No amendments
shall be allowed in the samples during the supply. It is
mandatory to submit sample meters and meter box as above
along with the bid, failing which
the bid will be ignored.
The meter
test fees of Rs.18405.00(Rupees Eighteen thousand four hundred five
only) against one no
sample meter against each lot shall be submitted by
bidder in shape of DD/Bankers Cheque in favour of CESU of
Orissa BBSR payable at BBSR along with the
bid documents in a separate envelope. The detail of
Demand Draft/Bankers Cheque, marking as testing fees shall
be super scribed on the technical bid envelope.Price Bid
for Lot-1 & Lot-2 must be submitted in separate
envelope.
