drawn on any Nationalised / Scheduled bank in favor of CESU
payable at Bhubaneswar. The cost of tender paper is
non-refundable. |

the cost of bid document at the time of submission of bid. Request
for tender paper through post will not be entertained. In the
event of any specified date for the sale, submission or opening of
bids being declared a holiday for purchaser, the bids will be sold
/ received / opened up at the appointed time on the next working
day. CESU also reserves the right to accept or reject any or all
tenders without assigning any reasons thereof, if the situation so
warrants and also reserves the right to increase or reduce the
quantity. CESU shall not be responsible for any postal loss /
delay at any stage. |
