For and on behalf of CESU,Orissa the undersigned invites bids under two part bidding system each in double – sealed cover,  ( Techno-commercial and  financial separately) duly super-scribed with tender specification No. and date of opening, from  reputed and established manufacturers only for design, manufacture, testing, inspection & deliver, in the designated  CESU stores including furnishing of functional  guarantee on  static Energy Meters as mentioned below.

The Tender Specification documents can be had from the office of the undersigned on payment of cash or non- refundable  demand draft of Rupees as indicate in favour of  CESU and payable at Bhubaneswar, on any working day from 5.11.2007 to 26.11.2007  between 11.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs. The Tender Specification can be down loaded from our web site www.cescoorissa.com , However, the intending bidders must purchase the tender specification in order to  make them eligible for participation. Request for tender paper through post will not be entertained.

 

 Date and time of opening of price bids shall be intimated to the responsive bidders. In the event of any specified date for the sale, submission or opening of bids being declared a holiday for purchaser, the bids will be sold / received/ opened up to the appointed time on the next working day. Only one representative of each bidder will be allowed to participate in the bid opening. CESU also reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons thereof, if the situation so warrants. CESU shall not be responsible for any postal delay at any stage.
