 TENDER NOTICE

Sealed Tenders are invited from the Govt. approved, supplier having quarry & independent crusher unit for following works

(i)                 Supply of 40mm H.G. Crusher Broken Metal including transportation and spreading inside selected 33/11 KV Substation switchyard under Electrical Circle, Cuttack.

(ii)               Supply of River Coarse sand including transportation and spreading inside different  33/11 KV sub-station switchyard under Electrical Circle, Cuttack.

The rates involved are as follows :-

A.      For 40 mm H.G. Crusher broken Metal  (Approximate Requirement
                 – 200 CUM)

1.                 Cost of H.G. Metal per CUM.

2.                 Cost of Transportation per Km/CUM of HG Metal

3.                 Rate / yard for cleaning of Sub-station yard

4.                 Rate / CUM for spreading of HG Metal inside Sub-Station yard

B.              For River course sand (Approximate Requirement – 200 CUM)

1.                 Cost of River coarse sand / CUM           

2.                 Cost of transportation of river coarse sand Km/CUM

3.                 Rate / CUM for spreading of sand inside the sub-station switch yard.

TERMS AND CONDITION

  1. The tender paper will be made available in the office at the Superintending Engineer, Electrical Circle, Cuttack during office hours from 24.03.08 to 30.03.08 On payment of cost of Tender Rs. 300.00
  2. The quotation should accompanied  certified copy of VAT, TIN, ITCC & PAN Card & Valid quarry lease & Crusher ownership Ccertificate.
  3. The tenderer has to deposit 5% EMD of the total quoted amount in shape of Cash/D.D.
  4. Rate should be quoted with cost of material + Tax separately.
  5. The quotation should reach the under signed on or before 04.04.08 at 3 P.M. positively
  6. The tender papers shall be opened on the same at 4 P.M. in the presence of tender or their authorized representative.
  7. The authority will not be held responsible/answerable for any one delay in receipt of Tender paper in case of its sending by post.
  8. The undersigned reserves to right to reject any or all the Tender paper without assigning any reasons there of.
